Hi! I'm Amy Fritch and I am a recipe developer, recipe tester, and food stylist located in Easton, PA. I've had years of experience in the food industry. The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City is where I honed my love of whole foods, Apple Ridge Farm is where I learned to bake sourdough bread in a wood-fired brick oven, and the Rodale Test Kitchen is where all of my skills came together. Traveling is easy for me: Easton is convenient to New York City, Philadelphia, and all points in between. I love making and learning, so let's work together to create something beautiful!
