About me

Hi! I'm Amy Fritch and I am a recipe developer, recipe tester, and assistant food stylist located in Easton, PA. I've had years of experience in the food industry. The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City is where I honed my love of whole foods, Apple Ridge Farm is where I learned to bake sourdough bread in a wood-fired brick oven, and the Rodale Test Kitchen is where all of my skills came together. Traveling is easy for me: Easton is convenient to New York City, Philadelphia, and all points in between. I love making and learning, so let's work together to create something beautiful!
